WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES?

CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE?
Yes, you can just speak to a member of staff on check-in/check-out.
HOW DOES MY UNIQUE ACCESS CODE WORK?
This is the cool bit! Your unique access code will be sent to you two days before your arrival via email and text (SMS). This code will open the front door and the same code lets you into your room.
That’s why it’s important that we have your correct contact details (email and mobile number)
IS THERE SOMEONE AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY?
A duty manager will be at the hotel from 08.30 – 14.30 daily
After this time the Duty Manager is on call 24/7 if you need further help with anything.
Don’t forget we can help with dinner reservations, book taxi’s and recommend places to go so don’t be afraid to call or text us.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
Sorry, no on-site parking, but you can purchase 24hour parking permits from us allowing you to park in zone C parking bays surrounding the hotel. You must book these permits in advance.

HOW FAR IS THE HOTEL FROM BRIGHTON TRAIN STATION?
The hotel is approximately a 15-20-minute walk from Brighton train station.

HOW CLOSE TO BRIGHTON CITY CENTRE IS THE HOTEL?
We are a 10-minute walk to the city centre; free city maps are provided in your room.
DO YOU HAVE A BAR OR RESTAURANT AT THE HOTEL?
We don’t have a restaurant but we now operate an honesty bar serving alcohol, snacks and refreshments between the hours of 08.30 – 23.00 each day.
Sorry, but only alcohol purchased on site can be consumed at the hotel.
DO YOU HAVE A EUROPEAN SOCKET IN YOUR ROOM?
We have 1 socket located in the lounge and a few adapters for guest to use, please speak to the manager on duty.
I’M TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN DO YOU HAVE FOLDOUT BEDS? ARE YOUR ROOMS FAMILY FRIENDLY?
We are sorry but the hotel does not accommodate young children, exceptions may be made for teenagers accompanied by an adult, please speak with reservations directly.
IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED & WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?
Breakfast is between 07.45 – 10.00AM 7 days a week

DO I NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING A ROOM?
If your booking is;
• Non-refundable Booking: The full payment for your booking will be taken at the time the reservation is made.
• Standard Rate: We will not take any deposit from your card at the time the reservation is made. The full payment will be processed at 2pm two days prior to your arrival.
• Group booking: 25% deposit will be taken once approved by management
• Long stay booking: 25% deposit will be taken at the time of booking for all reservations staying 2 weeks or more.

DO YOU OFFER TWIN BEDROOMS?
Yes, we have 2 ‘Nice Twin’ rooms which have 2 x single beds with large en suite wet room.
I BOOKED A ROOM WITH TWIN BEDS BUT NOW TRAVELLING ALONE, CAN I CHANGE THIS?

DO YOU HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
Sorry, as we are an old building there is no air conditioning but lots of lovely fresh sea air and room fans for the warm summer days.
DOES THE HOTEL OFFER FREE WI-FI?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
CAN 3 ADULTS FIT IN ONE ROOM?
I’m afraid not, we would suggest booking 2 rooms for 3 adults either a double/twin with a single room.
DO YOU SERVICE THE ROOMS EACH DAY?
Yes, we like to service the room daily, therefore replacing any soiled linen/ towels and replenishing your complimentary life bottled water. But this is optional and you can leave your door hanger informing housekeeping not to enter.
DO YOU HAVE FACILITIES/ACCESSIBILITY FOR SENIOR/DISABLED TRAVELERS?
Due to the nature of the building, we don’t have facilities suitable for those guests who are confined to a wheelchair. Please call reservations for specific requirements prior to booking.
WHATS THE SOUND-PROOFING LIKE?
We have tried to soundproof the rooms as much as we can but you may experience a small bit of noise from room to room. If you are sensitive to noise, please let us know and we will do our best to allocate you on one of the top floors. All windows are double-glazed and we are on a quiet street, just off the sea-front, but there may be some passers-by (and seagulls) where we are unable to control their level of noise.
WHAT DO I DO IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FOR MY RESERVATION?
Just drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with information on how you booked and the date of your booking and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL RATES FOR TRAVEL AGENTS?
If we lowered our prices anymore we’d basically be giving our rooms away for free. So, no special rates for travel agents, though we love travel agents all the same.
ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?
As much as we love our furry friends we are not a pet-friendly hotel
